This Shipping Policy explains how mavelilo® prepares and ships smart fan orders.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, promotions, inventory checks, or unusual order volume.

Estimated Delivery

Many orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier service, weather, customs review, and other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipping details are sent to the email used at checkout. Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
